It’s easy to receive text messages from VerCom Systems.
Simply send the word START to any of our regional numbers:

  • Jacksonville Office – Text START to (904) 717-2400

By texting START to one of these numbers, you give VerCom Systems permission to send you text messages about customer care, service updates, and occasional important announcements.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. We will not share your private information with third parties with third parties for marketing purposes.


What Happens Next

As soon as we receive your opt-in message, you’ll get an immediate confirmation, for example:

“Thank you for opting in to VerCom Systems, Inc.’s SMS communications for Customer Care, Service updates and Alerts, and Occasional Marketing Materials! Msg frequency may vary. Standard msg & data may rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

This confirmation message is your record that you have successfully joined our text program.


Getting Help (HELP)

Need assistance with your text messages at any time?
Simply reply HELP to any VerCom Systems text.
You will receive a support message like:

or email support@vercomsystems.com. Msg frequency varies.

Stopping Messages (Opt-Out)

You can unsubscribe at any time.
Just reply STOP to any VerCom Systems text message, and you will receive a final confirmation:

You have successfully unsubscribed from VerCom Systems Inc.’s SMS communications for Customer Care, Service updates and Alerts, and Occasional Marketing Materials. No further messages will be sent. Once we process your STOP request, you will no longer receive text messages from VerCom Systems unless you text START again to re-subscribe.
