Training on the IPlex IP-PBX software and the various Phones offered is available nationwide. Vercom Systems provides training on open source Asterisk based IP PBX business telephone systems such as the IPlex IP PBX. Training may be conducted onsite or online from a member of our installation team. There are two levels of training offered:
Administrator Training- How to Configure, manage update and modify the System from a managerial prospective
User Training- How to use the features of the system from a users prospective.
Administrator training is reserved for those persons that will be managing the day to day aspects of the IPlex IP-PBX software. Training consists of in depth study of the IPlex Graphical User's Interface and its menus for Adding Users, Modifying Call Handling and other general tasks. This time is also taken to go over setting up Call Restrictions for phones and setting each User's ability to make changes to their profiles.
User training introduces the users to the key aspects of their new phone, its features, programmable keys and the way to do basic functions such as transfers, conferences and accessing voicemail. Each user receives a complete User's Manual for the system as well as a Quick Reference Guide for the most often used features.
