Service Packs
If a support contract is not what you are looking for, we offer hourly service packs. These hours can be used for assistance with any aspect of the IPlex software including configuration changes, additional training and general questions on the use of the IPlex phone system. Service packs are available in increments of 1, 5, or 10 hour increments and are a great way of budgeting for support services.
