IPlex EBX - Designed for businesses with over 50 users and/or the need for a more robust server, the IPlex EBX Enterprise Exchange is designed to support up to 150 users per chassis. The Enterprise Exchange can be linked together to provide support for large enterprise networks. IPlex EBX Enterprise Exchange includes our comprehensive list of basic features including teleworker support like those found in all IPlex systems. This system not only includes all our basic features it delivers advanced features like Unlimited Voicemail Storage, Conference Bridging, Call Recording, Automated Call Distribution and Unified Messaging among others. IPlex MBX integrates computer telephony integration (CTI) applications such as Microsoft Outlook or customer contact management systems like Goldmine that allow users the ability to automatically retrieve customer information, using called ID, before answering a call. This system is flexible and can function with a combination of analog, PRI or T1 phone lines and can support up to 192 incoming lines per chassis. It comes standard with dual processors, dual hard drives (RAID) and dual power supplies.
