The latest feature added to the IPlex IP-PBX software is the IPlex Assistant. This Heads Up Display runs on the PC of the user and enables the user to see the status of phone system extensions, drag and drop calls, drop calls into voicemail, monitor conference rooms and Call Center queues and do a host of other daily tasks.
