IPlex Assistant - Computer Telephone Display

The latest feature added to the IPlex IP-PBX software is the IPlex Assistant. This Heads Up Display runs on the PC of the user and enables the user to see the status of user extensions, drag and drop calls, drop calls into voicemail, monitor conference rooms and Call Center queues and do a host of other daily tasks.  Add integration with popular CRM packages such as Goldmine and ACT for click-to-call capabilities and the users productivity will increase dramatically.
