Our leading open system solution, IPlex, is based on the popular Asterisk® platform. IPlex delivers the latest IP telephony features while retaining the features of traditional telephone systems. Our relationship with the open source community allows us to deliver features to our users as soon as they are developed. Unlike traditional telephone systems, features can be added to the IPlex telephone system at anytime without incurring expensive hardware upgrades. Management of the IPlex system is done through an easy-to-use web-based Administrator interface which allows our users the ability to make system changes, add users and create call routing strategies in seconds. Our remote support capabilities allows our support staff to assist our clients immediately in making changes without having to wait for a service truck to roll yielding tremendous savings to the customer.
